I received damaged product, what to do now?
Don't Panic, just contact us on our WhatsApp helpline : +92-322-3416-666. Depending on product and case, you will be offered exchange within 15 days of delivery.
What is your delivery time?
Delivery time is between 2 to 5 working days (No delivery on Sundays). However delivery can take up to 7 working days during busy shopping season or in case of excess demand. Orders received on Sundays and on Pakistan's National Holidays will be processed and shipped on the next working day.
How can I return an item and get my money back?
Incase of unsatisfaction, customer can easily apply a return within 15 days. Customer needs to ship the parcel to our address, after which we refund the amount.
