Shipping Policy
We want the time between placing your order and opening your Babyfy parcel to be as smooth as possible.
Order Processing
Orders are prepared after confirmation and handed over to our delivery partner for dispatch. Once your order is confirmed, our team begins processing it and prepares it for shipment as quickly as possible.
Delivery Time
Most orders are delivered within 2–5 working days. During sales, high-demand periods, public holidays, or unexpected courier delays, delivery may take up to 7 working days. Sundays are not counted as regular delivery days.
Shipping Charges
Babyfy currently offers free shipping on qualifying orders above PKR 5,000. Any applicable delivery charge for other orders will be displayed during checkout.
Delivery Information
Please provide a complete address and an active phone number when placing your order. Incorrect or incomplete information may result in delayed or unsuccessful delivery.
Order Tracking
Where tracking information is available, customers may use it to follow the progress of their shipment. You can also contact our support team if you need an order update.
Delivery Delays
Although we work to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe, courier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, remote locations, or unusually high order volumes may occasionally affect delivery.
